Why Buy this Newsletter?
Whether you are new to the sport of kart racing or have been doing this forever, this Newsletter is for you. FIRESTONEKARTINFO will span the gamut of karting from tips on how to successfully buy your first kart (and not someone else’s problem) to advanced setup and testing techniques to help make you faster regardless of your experience. If you are newcomer to karting, the article on buying a kart alone will more than pay for itself by saving you time, money, and aggravation beyond the measly fee. If you’ve been doing this forever, I guarantee you will pick something up that will move you up the grid or at least make your experience more organized and enjoyable. I have been doing this for 16 years and still learn something every year.
My credentials? Good question. As a current driver who does all of his own tuning, I have 10 wins, 10 Poles, 20 Podiums, and 11 Fastest Laps on 10 different tracks in 26 starts in the ProKart Challenge G1 division, none of which are my hometown track. I won the one and only SKUSA Winternationals G1 Championship in 2008, finsished 2nd in points in the 2011 SKUSA ProTour S4 division and have participated in seven SuperNats, reaching the podium (5th) at the 2007 SuperNats from a 12th place starting position. But perhaps my biggest credential is the experience and perspective as one of the few drivers who has come up through the open wheel ranks in Europe and the U.S., including the Opel Lotus Euroseries, British Formula 3000, Firestone Indy Lights, and the IRL. It all pertains, has made me a better karter, and I will talk about all of it inside FIRESTONEKARTINFO.
